1. Membership Tiers & Conditions

 

Membership status is determined by a customer's total accumulated spending.

Membership Tier Upgrade Condition Maintenance Condition
VIP VND 30,000,000 VND 20,000,000 / year
VVIP VND 45,000,000 VND 35,000,000 / year

  • Upgrade Condition: Your total accumulated spending reaches the required amount (no time limit).

  • Maintenance Condition: Your total spending within the last 12 months (from your upgrade date) must meet the maintenance level. If not met, your membership tier will be adjusted accordingly.

 

2. Membership Benefits

VIP 5% OFF all orders. 10% OFF one order during your birthday month. + Birthday Gift. (Applied once per year) Free shipping for domestic (Vietnam) orders over VND 1,500,000.
VVIP 10% OFF all orders. 15% OFF one order during your birthday month. + Birthday Gift. (Applied once per year) Free shipping for all domestic (Vietnam) orders. (Note: Applies to orders of max. 05 items. Does not support splitting shipments to multiple addresses at the same time.)

 

3. Terms & Conditions

 

  • Purchase Discount (5% / 10%): This discount is automatically applied at checkout when you are logged into your member account.

  • Birthday Offer:

    • Please ensure your correct date of birth is registered in your account profile or inform our Customer Service team.

    • The birthday discount is valid for one (1) order placed during your birthday month.

  • Free Shipping Terms (VVIP): The free shipping benefit cannot be used to split a single order into multiple packages or ship to different addresses simultaneously.

  • VIP benefits may not be applicable in conjunction with certain other major promotional events (this will be specified).

  • Almira.Studiooo reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the VIP Program and will notify members of any changes.
