At Almira.Studiooo, we take great pride in our rigorous quality control (QC) process at our Hanoi studio, ensuring every item meets our high standards before it reaches you.
However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please review our policy below.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: UNBOXING VIDEO

To protect the rights of both our customers and Almira.Studiooo, we MANDATORILY REQUIRE a continuous unboxing video for all return or refund claims.
The video must be clear and show the package from all angles before opening.
The video must capture the entire process of opening the package and inspecting the item(s).
The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video.
The video must not be edited, paused, or cut in any way.
We reserve the right to DENY any complaint, return, or refund request if a valid unboxing video is not provided.

Domestic Returns (Within Vietnam)

A. Return Window:

  • 02 days from the date of delivery (for Hanoi City).
  • 03 - 05 days from the date of delivery (for all other provinces in Vietnam).

B. Conditions for Free Exchange/Refund (We cover 2-way shipping):

We will provide a replacement product (or a full refund if the item is out of stock) and cover 100% of the two-way shipping fee for the following errors on our part:

  • Incorrect Item Sent: The item is completely different from the product ordered (e.g., wrong color, wrong pattern).
  • Incorrect Size: The item's size is different from what was confirmed in your final order.
  • Serious Manufacturing Defects: Technical faults (e.g., loose seams, permanent stains, tears in the fabric). Significant errors in garment construction (e.g., misaligned sleeves, uneven hems).

C. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases:

  • No valid unboxing video is provided.
  • The item has been used, worn, washed, ironed, or altered by the customer.
  • The item is returned without its original tags, labels, or packaging.
  • Returns due to subjective reasons (e.g., "I changed my mind," "I don't like it," "The style doesn't suit me").
  • Items that were customized or altered at the customer's request (e.g., shortened, taken in) are final sale.

 

International Returns

  • Return Window: We accept return claims within 14 days from the date of delivery (as per the shipping carrier's tracking).
  • Valid Reasons: Same as section 1.B (Incorrect item, incorrect size, or serious manufacturing defects).
  • Process: Please email us at business@almirastudio.vn with your unboxing video and detailed photos of the issue.
  • Shipping Fee: You will be responsible for the initial cost of shipping the item back to us in Vietnam. Once we receive the item and confirm the fault is ours, we will process a full refund for the product AND the return shipping cost you paid.

Step 2: Provide Proof: Attach your mandatory unboxing video and clear photos/videos highlighting the defect or error.
Step 3: Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 business hours.
Step 4: Ship the Item (After approval): Once your return is approved, please send the item (unused, with original tags) to:

Step 5: Resolution:

  • Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will ship your new item.
  • Refund: If the item is out of stock or a refund is requested, we will process it to your original payment method (bank transfer or credit card) within 3-5 business days.
