OVERVIEW


This website is operated by Almira.Studiooo. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Almira.Studiooo. Almira.Studiooo offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein.

SECTION 1 - ORDERING AND QUALITY PROCESS


Due to the curated nature of our business model, many of our products are sourced from international suppliers upon your order.
A. Quality Control (QC): All products undergo a mandatory QC inspection at our studio in Hanoi (No. 2 Kim Giang, Hanoi) before being dispatched to the customer. This process ensures the product you receive matches its description and is free from manufacturing defects.
B. Processing Time: As a result of this QC process, order processing times may be longer than in-stock models. Expected processing times will be communicated during checkout and on our [Shipping Policy] page.

SECTION 2 - PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT POLICY


We require a specific payment policy to secure and process your order:
  1. Deposit: Your order is confirmed and processed only after a 50% deposit of the total order value is paid.
  2. Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon the item's arrival at our Vietnam warehouse (after QC) and prior to final delivery to you. We will notify you when this balance is due.
  3. Cancellation for Non-Payment: Failure to pay the remaining 50% balance within 7 days of our notification may result in order cancellation. The initial 50% deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
  4. COD (Cash on Delivery): For domestic Vietnam orders, COD may be offered as an option for the final 50% balance payment only. The initial 50% deposit must be paid via bank transfer or online gateway.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT ALTERATION SERVICES


Based on our Support Policy:
  • Free Fixes: We offer 100% free repairs for any defects originating from the manufacturer.
  • Custom Alterations: If you request personal alterations (e.g., hemming, tailoring, adding buttons), this service is available and will be billed separately based on the request.
  • Final Sale: Products that have been altered based on a customer's personal request are considered final sale and are not eligible for return under our [Return and Refund Policy].

SECTION 4 - PRODUCT ACCURACY AND PRICING


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

SECTION 5 - VIP CUSTOMER PROGRAM


We offer a VIP Customer Program. The conditions for upgrading, maintaining status, and the specific benefits (discounts, birthday gifts, free shipping) are detailed in our [VIP Policy Page]. These terms form a part of the overall Terms of Service.

SECTION 6 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS


If you send us reviews, feedback images, or comments, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and otherwise use them in any medium.
As part of our "Customer Benefits," we may offer incentives (e.g., a VND 50,000 Voucher) for submitting feedback. This offer does not create any obligation for us to compensate you beyond the stated incentive.
