Order Processing Time

Our commitment to quality is what makes us different. We are not a fast-fashion, in-stock retailer. To ensure every product you receive is flawless, we operate on a mandatory Quality Control (QC) model.

Standard Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to process your order.
Our Process: This period includes sourcing your item, shipping it to our Hanoi studio, conducting a detailed hands-on quality inspection, and carefully packaging your order.
Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping time begins after your order has completed processing and leaves our Hanoi studio.

Payment & Dispatch Confirmation

As per our [Terms of Service] and Payment Policy:

The 5-7 day processing window begins after your 50% deposit is confirmed.
Your order will be dispatched for shipping from our Hanoi studio only after the remaining 50% balance payment has been completed.

Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)

Estimated Shipping Time (After processing):
- Hanoi City: 1-2 business days.
- Other Provinces: 3-5 business days.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders with a total value of VND 1,500,000 or more.
- (Additional free shipping perks for VIP/VVIP members will be applied automatically as per our [VIP Policy]).

International Shipping

We proudly ship our quality-checked products from our warehouse to customers around the world.

Estimated Shipping Time (After 5-7 day processing):
- Asia: 7-14 business days.
- North America (US, Canada): 10-21 business days.
- Europe & Australia: 10-21 business days.
- Rest of the World: 15-30 business days.
Shipping Rates: International shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)

For all international orders, the recipient is responsible for any and all customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country.
Almira.Studiooo is not responsible for these fees, nor can we predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our Hanoi studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
This email will contain your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Almira.Studiooo is not liable for any lost or misdelivered packages resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
